A forgotten from time space, it took again form, color and aesthetics that easily refers in the castle of Monemvasia.
In this space where was lented his name by perfume of wine, have lived and are living the opinion, the pleasant moments, the flavours, the melodies…
For more than seventeen years MALVAZIA accepted visits of popular persons from the space of art, policy and economy.

A few words about Malvazia’s chef consultant …

Tsilias Stamatis

He began his first cooking steps in America, taking postgraduate education in Toronto, Canada. He continued to lead in gastronomic restaurants with its culinary influences mainly influenced by the Asian cuisine.

He is awarded the title Chef des Rôtisseurs from La Chaine in 2014 in St. Petersburg, Russia. In 2016 he distinguished with the Best à la carte award in Bansko, Bulgaria, and for 2018 he is awarded as “Chef of the Year” by portal He is awarded the title “Maitre Rotisseur” in Moscue Russia in 2019.

He is a co-sponsor and co-creator of the well-known diet “A.B.C Nutrition”, but also of the “Aliento experience” based on Japanese & Latin American cuisine.

In recent years he has been a professor of application in Metropolitan College. He is a specialist associate of the Kapodistrian University of Athens in the e-learning department while teaching cooking and food & beverage at MBS IEK in Rethymnon, Crete.
